Vegan-Pesto-Dip-01

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 10 tbsp of water
  • 3 small cloves of garlic
  • 2 handfuls of fresh basil
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • 5 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 12 pitted olives
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preperation

Step 1
Blend cashews in a blender, gradually adding water until they form a smooth cream.

Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until it becomes a coarse paste. Transfer to a dip bowl and serve with Vege Chips.
