• 1 cup soaked cashews (2 hours minimum)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of sea salt, to taste


Step 1
Drain the cashews and combine with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, onion powder, garlic and sea salt in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure the consistancy is smooth(for a silkier body add a little extra virgin olive oil).

Step 2
Store in the fridge in a covered container. The flavours get better as it chills. Serve as a dip with Vege Chips
